The reporting party was associated with a location on North Lake Boulevard, and contact was eventually made with the Coast Guard.

The man appeared to be linked to a black Toyota pickup truck later contacted in a nearby Gar Woods parking lot. Officers ran a Texas driver’s license check on the associated person.
