As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a 911 hang-up traced to a home near West 10th Street in Grand Island, where a possible domestic disturbance with children present was reported. Radio traffic suggested people were fighting and a child was heard yelling for someone to let go of their mother. Officers arrived, found a male still inside the residence with children, and reported that he later appeared cooperative as a baby was brought out of the home. They planned to pursue an EPC process and requested medical clearance from St. Francis.
