As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent for a welfare check near S Glenstone Ave (lot 195) after a caller reported hearing a young girl repeatedly say “no” to a man while they were together in a vehicle. The caller was concerned the child may have been sexually assaulted. The vehicle was described as a red Nissan Altima, and the child was believed to be about 9 years old. The child’s parents were reported to be at lot 231.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance at a business on East Sunshine Street, where a group of men repeatedly went through the drive-through, screamed and cursed at the caller, and threw objects at the building before leaving and returning multiple times. They were last reported in a small gray or white passenger car and appeared to be changing vehicles.

The man was described by his clothing and was briefly monitored in the median area before an officer spoke with him and requested identification. Records checks mentioned prior domestic assault history and a protection order connected to a location near a related party.
