As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch coordinated a major medical response for a child reported in a near-drowning with CPR in progress. The incident was initially reported as possible carbon monoxide poisoning but was later clarified as a near-drowning. Multiple EMS/fire units and air medical were requested, including landing zone coordination along Hwy 4 and later noted as at Northern Pines; response location was reported near West Raymond Rd.
