As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a priority medical call on Highway 23 between 75th Avenue NE and 80th Avenue NE near South Rapids for a 26-year-old woman in a gray Chevy Sonic who had pulled over with possible heat stroke symptoms. She had been outside for some time, was unable to keep anything down, reported numbness in her hand, was not responding normally, and police were already on scene.
