As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a possible family disturbance near Bird Road in Dowling involving a juvenile female who allegedly assaulted her mother and grandmother. No weapons were reported and EMS was declined. The juvenile reportedly left the area southbound on a bicycle wearing a black shirt and pajama pants, and had not returned at the time of the radio traffic.

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious sticky note found on a trash can at a gas station along South M-37 Highway near Whitney Road and Dowling Road. The note reportedly said "help save a life" and included a name and phone number. The caller kept a photo and left the original note on the trash can.
