As discussed during the dispatch call, responders conducted a welfare check at a residence near East Boulevard Street in Shepherd. An unknown male answered the door but did not respond to questions. Responders were initially unable to gain entry, used the intercom, requested trooper assistance, then entered through a window to check the residence and later canceled the trooper.
