As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to an apartment building near Burke Avenue and Garden Road in Towson for a reported disturbance involving about five people. The caller reported screaming, yelling, and slamming in the hallway and said someone yelled that a man hit another person. Weapons were not reported but were described as unknown.

Another unit was sent to an apartment at a building on Aberdeen Place for a possible assault involving people arguing.

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a recent theft at a Wawa along Pulaski Highway in the White Marsh area. Two suspects on black scooters wearing black face masks allegedly left the area, then traveled the wrong way on I-695 from westbound Route 40 toward Chesaco and Dundalk. No active pursuit was reported.
