The caller, identified as the person’s mother, reported a possible altercation with a landlord and later said her son was bleeding, leading to EMS being requested again.

A suspect reportedly broke into two vehicles, ran west on Frederick Road on foot, and was followed at a distance by the caller. Units tracked the suspect through the area near Banner Court, and one person was eventually taken into custody.
