Callers reported a white male wearing a white shirt, red baseball cap, and gray shorts approaching vehicles with his hands in his waistband, and one caller said they could see the butt of a gun. Another caller reported a male walking in the roadway with a gun under his shirt. Officers were dispatched to check the area.
