As discussed during the dispatch call, shelby County EMS responded to a medical emergency near Payne Road involving a 76-year-old female who was possibly dehydrated and very weak. The patient had a recent hospital stay, was initially unresponsive, and is now awake and talking. Oxygen saturation was reported at about 90% on full oxygen with blood pressure at 150/50. There is a possible urinary tract infection and catheter involvement. The location is near the last driveway before a bridge closure, accessible via Mount Eden down Hooper Station.
