As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray Chevrolet Malibu in a fast-food restaurant parking lot off River Hill in Ashland, Kentucky. A records check on the Kentucky driver’s license indicated it belonged to a woman from Ashland whose license was valid, and that there was an active Kentucky extraditable warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful transaction with a minor in the third degree.
