As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were dispatched to a possible cardiac problem involving a 68-year-old man with a very rapid heartbeat at a residence on Miller Road in Elizabethtown. Responders were advised that a nearby road was flooded and to use an alternate route via Valley Creek to reach the location.
