As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units responded to a reported fire alarm at a fraternity building on Alumni Avenue near Center Street and College Street. Crews arrived at the three-story structure and established command under the name Alumni Command while operating on channel two.

The caller said she is pregnant and had separated herself from the male. The male was reportedly outside with a child and was associated with a gray 2018 Dodge Charger. Dispatch indicated parties were being separated.
