As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a shoplifting complaint at a dollar store in the Annville area. A female suspect allegedly stole several items and, when the caller confronted her as the suspect sat in a vehicle, the suspect reportedly drove or lunged the vehicle toward the caller. The suspect then left in a silver Ford Escape with stickers on the back, and an officer responded to the scene.

They found vehicles and a vehicle blocking gate access but did not locate anyone walking around. The homeowner, contacted through a camera system, said no teenage boys live there. Attempts to reconnect with the caller went to voicemail, and the call was closed as unfounded.
