As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies investigated a possible fraudulent house address reported near the intersection of KY 1071 and KY 587, close to Upper Blackwater Road. Nearby house numbers did not match the reported location, and neighbors did not recognize the names or address, so the location was entered as an attempt to locate.

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to a location on Highway 89 North near McKee for a 58-year-old man with a possible stroke. Radio traffic reported he could not speak clearly or stand upright, was only mumbling, was sweating, and had an existing blood clot in his leg. He reportedly fell on gravel and suffered scrapes to his arms and legs. Air medical units were requested but declined because of poor weather.
