In a separate call, responders were sent to an apartment on Cedar Street for an adult male who was weak, breathing, and reportedly had a broken leg.

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports a fuel truck apparently hit and damaged the cable barrier along Highway 92 near the 1600 block, then continued east. A witness caller followed the truck, and deputies later reported the truck with front-end damage turning south on P17 and observed damage to the barrier.
