The reporting person heard someone trying to open the vehicle’s tailgate and then walking away, and nothing is reported missing.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible home break-in at a duplex on North Mulberry Street after a caller reported two men trying to get in through a window and then entering the residence. Units set up a perimeter, checked around the building, noted that the address appeared to be a duplex, and prepared to knock on the door when lights inside were turned off. The anonymous caller disconnected, and no one was seen outside when officers arrived.
