As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched near West Orchard Place in Muncie for a reported attempted break-in to a white Chevy Traverse parked in an alley. The reporting person heard someone trying to open the vehicle’s tailgate and then walking away, and nothing is reported missing.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible home break-in at a duplex on North Mulberry Street after a caller reported two men trying to get in through a window and then entering the residence. Units set up a perimeter, checked around the building, noted that the address appeared to be a duplex, and prepared to knock on the door when lights inside were turned off. The anonymous caller disconnected, and no one was seen outside when officers arrived.
