As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a location near West Highway 52 in Emmett for a reported medical emergency involving an approximately 63-year-old man who was found on the floor, unconscious or not alert and having difficulty breathing, later described as a possible code blue with agonal breathing.
