As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported assault on a man near a business on Kanoelehua Avenue by Irie Hawaii in Hilo. The man was described as feeling faint and having trouble walking after the apparent altercation. A silver Nissan Altima was reportedly involved and left the area toward HPP.
