As discussed during the dispatch call, a nurse leaving work at Raymond Medical Center on Raymond Road reported possible tampering or damage to her silver Honda Odyssey near the helicopter landing pad by the emergency room entrance. She said the van door would not open and a cord at the back appeared to have been pulled out.
