As discussed during the dispatch call, a male subject with a bike was found lying on the sidewalk just south of the Master Car Wash near Gib Galloway. Units were asked to confirm whether the vehicle was a bicycle or motorcycle. The subject wore a gray shirt and blue shorts and was reported no longer in the area by one unit. Additional units were directed to approach from Gib Galloway North.
