As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a possible disturbance reported near the 100 block of Southwest 2nd Court after a caller gave the location, then became unintelligible and disconnected. Attempts to call the person back were unsuccessful, and one unit was canceled while another continued to the area.

Command was established on the interstate, and additional rescue and first-response units were requested for a vehicle accident with unknown injuries in the express lanes.
