As discussed during the dispatch call, at the Palm Beach International Airport premium parking exit, a passenger reportedly refused to pay at first, tried to lift the gate arm, and apparently damaged it before eventually paying. Airport staff contacted law enforcement and requested a response to document the damage near exit lane 12.
