As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Southwest 113th Passage by Silver Palms for reports of one and then two men possibly casing a container with construction materials and the surrounding area. The men were described by callers as wearing tank tops and shorts or dark pants and arriving in a white SUV before leaving eastbound. Units checked the area and canvassed nearby locations, including along South Dixie Highway.
