The reporting party had also checked the person’s background and found concerning charges, and believed the individual was no longer at the location.

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance at a convenience store in Poncha Springs involving a woman and her ex-partner. The woman, who has a temporary protection order, reported that he came to her vehicle, banged on it, and was verbally aggressive before she left the area. The report appears to have been made about 35 minutes after the incident.
