He was wearing a helmet, remained conscious, and had abrasions but was alert and walking as he was transported to a hospital.

As discussed during the dispatch call, a man aged 69 experienced unprovoked chest pain while sitting inside a casino near Citracado Parkway. Pain radiated from right chest to right arm and worsened with breathing. Pain improved after treatment with aspirin and nitroglycerin. Patient had similar symptoms a few days ago. No trauma or other symptoms reported. EMS transporting to Palomar hospital.

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 37-year-old male bicyclist suffered head pain after a fall while riding near Citracado Parkway. The incident occurred without witnesses. He was alert and oriented and had stable vital signs. The bicyclist had a hematoma on the back of his head and a superficial laceration on his right cheek. He admitted to alcohol use and was transported to a hospital with about an 85-minute estimated arrival time.
