The juvenile is described as having suicidal thoughts and mental health issues. Officers were asked to stop, hold, conduct a welfare check, and notify local police if the juvenile is found.

As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement broadcast a be-on-the-lookout for a missing at-risk juvenile who left a residence on foot in Pacifica and did not return. The juvenile reportedly has mental health concerns and prior suicidal statements. A cell phone associated with the juvenile last pinged near Junipero Serra Boulevard in Daly City. Units were asked to stop and conduct a welfare check if the juvenile is found.
