As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two people on a scooter near the front entrance of a location off East Indian School Road. The caller said a man and a woman, both in tank tops and shorts, were reportedly chasing behind cars and appeared to have weapons and a small bag with them. They reportedly left quickly when they noticed the caller, and no direction of travel was provided.
