As discussed during the dispatch call, district and medical crews responded to a reported psychiatric suicide attempt involving an adult man near E Maryvale Ave (cross streets: Karen St/Bagley Cir and Pai St/Oliver St). The man was reported conscious and breathing and in a psychotic state. Police were notified, and a mobile crisis team was requested but was on another call.
