As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews were sent to a home near County Road 136 for a woman on the phone who became unresponsive, then reported she believed she had suffered a stroke and was alone. Separately, an officer was asked to call an agitated woman at a residence near Independence Street about a possible child custody issue and concern about checking on a child.
