Old Tuscaloosa Hwy & Powder Plant Rd, Bessemer, AL 35022

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were sent to the intersection of Powder Plant Road and Old Tuscaloosa Highway for a report that two vehicles were parked side by side and shining a bright light into passing drivers’ eyes, nearly causing one driver to run off the road. Responding officers later advised the situation appeared under control and canceled additional units.

The caller also left before officers arrived, and no one remained on scene to make a report.
